Using their integrated platforms we are able to offer clients more than 650 different Top-Level Domains (like .COM, .NET, .ORG, .US and .CA); Newly released TLD’s .ONLINE, .STORE, .SHOP, .CLOUD, and .CO.; and, Domain Protection Services like ICANN’s Trademark Clearinghouse.
Atlantic Webs automated domain registration and domain transfer site is available 24×7 at http://awihosting.shopco.com. Note: All domains will be automatically configured to use Atlantic Web’s high-speed name servers and managed through the Atlantic Webs Customer Portal.
A special note for our clients: From a Best Practice perspective, we strongly recommend that all clients register for multiple TLD’s of the same domain (For example, .COM and .US) to (a) insure that they continue to have exclusive rights to the domain name, (b) to insure that as their Internet activities expand, they have domains which are related to one another, and (c) to prevent competitors from registering for domain names similar to their’s.
Domain Registration: New Domains
Our New Domain Registration service provides clients with an easy-to-use domain search website which is fun to use. Simply enter the name you want to register and press the Find button. The system will return to you a list of the available versions of the name. If you want to see more names, press the links for Show More Alternates or Show More Suggestions. Then, select the name(s) you want and press Done. You can register names for up to 10 years. In the event of issues related to the transfer, Atlantic Webs Customer Services will assist Subscriptions are priced per domain.
Domain Registration: Transfer Domains
Our Transfer Registration service provides clients with an easy-to-user domain administration website to commence the transfer process. Transfer completion time varies based on the TLD. gTLD. Domains like .COM and .NET will automatically complete after 5 days with no action by the losing registrar. Registrants can often speed up this process by pre-approving the transfer away at the losing registrar. In the event of issues related to the transfer, Atlantic Webs Customer Services will assist. Subscriptions are priced per domain.
