The equipment which is installed in the office or store are a small solid-state appliance and the telephones which sit on worker’s desks. The deskphones may be moved without the need for technical assistance. Subscriptions, which include trunks, extensions and all features in the PBX are priced per site.

Atlantic Webs provides Managed Hosted PBX systems to clients who wish to have telephone services which are 100% “off-premises”. The only equipment which is installed in the office or store are the telephones which sit on worker’s desks. The deskphones may be moved without the need for technical assistance. Subscriptions, which include a telephone trunk, calling plan and selected features, are typically priced per user.

These solutions provide clients the best of the previous options — A Private Telephone System, No PBX installed in the office or store AND the flexibility to mix SIP Providers as needed.
